MangroveWatch Noosa River works with NICA to monitor shoreline habitats in the Noosa River, Mangrove Watch Moreton Bay works with Wildlife Preservation Society Qld (WPSQ) and SEQ Catchments to monitor shoreline habitats throughout Moreton Bay including; Pumicestone Passage, Currumundi Ck, Cabbage Tree Ck, Nundah Ck, Kedron Brook, Port of Brisbane, Bulimba Ck, North Stradbroke Island, Tingalpa Ck, Eprapah Ck, Redlands Foreshore and Southern Bay Islands. Mangrove Watch Oxley Creek works with Healthy Waterways and the Oxley Creek Catchment Association (OCCA) to monitor mangrove recovery and resilience in Oxley Creek, Brisbane.
